Services
We provide marketing, advertising, creative, and consulting services to eCommerce brands. The scope of work is defined in written agreements or proposals.
Payments
- All fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed.
- Payments must be made via Stripe, Wise, or bank transfer.
- Late payments may incur additional charges of 2% per month.
Refunds
Setup fees and retainers are non-refundable. Refunds, if applicable, are processed according to our Refund Policy.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, access to necessary accounts, and timely approvals.
- Remain responsible for compliance with advertising platform policies.
Intellectual Property
- Client retains ownership of their brand assets.
- EcomGlobal Solutions LLC retains ownership of internal frameworks, processes, and proprietary tools.
Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee specific sales, revenue, or ROI. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of USA.
