Refunds

• Setup fees and retainers are non-refundable.
  
• No refunds will be provided for services already rendered.
  
• If a payment error occurs (e.g., duplicate billing), please contact us within 7 business days for resolution.
  

Cancellations

• Ongoing service agreements may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.
  
• Work delivered or scheduled within that period remains payable.
